INGREDIENTS & NUTRITIONAL VALUE:

Apples: Pesticide free. Very low in Saturated Fat, Cholesterol and Sodium. It is also a good source of Dietary Fiber and Vitamin C. The pectin in apples actually helps to prevent cholesterol buildup in the lining of blood vessel walls

Rolled oats: Low in Saturated Fat, and very low in Cholesterol and Sodium. It is also a good source of Dietary Fiber, Phosphorus and Selenium, and a very good source of Manganese. It is known as the "heart healthy food"
